Ready to elevate your brand and join my biz mastermind?

In B2B2C businesses, the person buying your product or service often isn’t the person who ultimately needs to use it.

That means you're marketing to more than one audience, with different needs, motivations and roles to play. The buyer needs to see the value. Partners and champions need to understand how to create access and momentum. And the end user needs to understand, trust and ultimately act.

We’ve spent years building the playbooks that connect those pieces.

• Buyer + champion enablement

• Audience + opportunity strategy

• Enrollment + activation

• Behavior-based engagement

• Operations + orchestration

• Measurement + optimization

Your brand is both who you say you are and who your customers experience you to be. One without the other is only half the portrait.

We create ways for the people you serve to have a real voice in your business, helping you understand their experience, learn from it and bring that perspective into what you build and how you grow.

We’ve been doing this work for years, from launching the first Patient Advisory Board at PatientsLikeMe to building customer communities, councils, events and other programs that bring the people you serve closer to the business.

Examples

• Patient + customer advisory boards

• Customer councils, summits + events

• Community + ambassador programs

• Social + influencer programs

• Customer insight + co-creation initiatives
